Each order for publication fee payment is not refundable and authors must send payment success proof notification either via Email / Whatsapp / for confirmation. If you have a problem regarding payment, please contact the admin at +6019-3566762 (Harper) for help / more information.
We accept payments via Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Transfer through the payment method “Payment Gateway – SenangPay”. We do not accept payments via Paypal / any international payments.
We will process your order within 24 Hours (Working Days) after receiving and confirming your order and payment. If you do not receive any notification from us, please contact the admin at +6019-3566762 (Harper) for help / more information.
Order delivery will be made via email from respective journal editor and all communication may be referred to journal editor who is corresponding with you and sent you this link for payment.
Shipment tracking number / paper Id payment confirmation info will be sent directly to your email / Whatsapp / SMS as your reference from editor email.
The price may change subject to the price from the exchange currency and the value of the Malaysian currency as we revise the price from time to time. Any price changes will not be notified and every price listed in our “shop” section is the latest price.
